SPIRIT WEEK: Family Potluck After Class August 26, 2023
Does your husband need some friends??? There's no Fit4DAD is there! We got him covered though. FAMILY CLASS on Saturdays!
So first, go back and enroll for family class - your spouse is FREE
Then stay after class for a potluck (this is where your husband chats over food with the other husbands and makes the friends you so desperately want him to have, but that he doesn't think he needs . Oh, am I talking about my husband again? )
Bring a small, non-dessert dish to share, and Fit4mom will provide everything needed for shoving it in our mouths!
