WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®/Stroller Barre®/Strides 360®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks & toys for kiddos, a mat or towel, and maybe a stroller fan/mister and/or cooling towel on hot days. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing. If you are coming kid-free, all you need is a mat and water, but having a stroller to carry your things is always nice.

WHERE TO PARK: Park at the Dana Point Harbor Yacht Club on the island section of Dana Point Harbor. To get there, drive across the bridge, turn right, and keep driving until you can't anymore. We will be meeting on the grass before the parking lot in front of the Yacht Club.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms in workout clothes. Stroll on up and our instructor will be sure to greet you! Please try to arrive a few minutes early to allow plenty of time to get the kiddos out of the cars and entertained in the stroller. We warm up for about 5-7 minutes before we travel to the first station, so please try to arrive a few minutes early to your first few classes, until you learn where we normally go and can find us.

IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: Make sure you've signed up for text updates, prior to a rainy-day, by texting YESMAMA to 949-373-3785, to find out if class is moved the morning of rain. Class is moved to the Outlets at San Clemente underground parking garage. We begin class near the entrance to the escalators - you can't miss the mamas and their strollers. We stay dry the entire time - it's a very large parking garage. You will get out of the car dry, workout dry, and get back in the car completely dry, and we still move from station to station so those kiddos stay happy and we get some cardio.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Family Class

Join us every Saturday morning for a Stroller Strides® Family class! Bring your husband/partner and kick your weekend off strong! Or leave everyone at home and have a workout all to yourself...or bring just the kids. However you want to do it. You do you! But expect a great workout, either way. Husbands/partners are always free - just sign a waiver before beginning class.

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Body Well/Body Boost

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

This is YOUR place, Mama! Whether you're our member or not! Come hang with us, lady!

You're welcome at all of our events, play dates, field trips, and mom's nights/mornings out, regardless of membership status. We welcome you, period. I mean, you're gonna love us so much that you're gonna wanna come ta class. Let's be honest But it ain't required!

"But I gotta breastfeed still! That's really a 2-hour window to do anything!" Bring that little munchkin! All babies under one can come - maybe they wanna get jiggy with it too?

"But I gotta do bedtime!" Girl, you let someone else do that for just ONE night. They (he) can handle it. Get on that trust bus, baby!
