Terms and conditions for Working Mom Saturdays Membership

This contract made between the client, “Client”, and FIT4MOM South Orange County, “Fit4mom”, has a three month minimum. After the initial three month period, payments will continue. There is a 30-day cancellation policy as explained more fully below.

Working Mom's Saturdays Membership MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

'All Access' Unlimited Saturday classes at any of our South Orange County locations (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, Family Classes).

MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

Client may manage their personal account by visiting: http://www.southoc.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct Client to our Pike13 client account management system. Client may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-southoc.pike13.com directly. Client must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.

PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES

FIT4MOM accepts payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards or cash. All monthly memberships clients must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30-day cycle, beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If Client should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via Client’s Pike13 account. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $15 re-processing fee. Please see below for the FIT4MOM monthly hold and cancellation policies.

CLASS PASS PAYMENTS

FIT4MOM accepts debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards for passes. Cash will only be accepted for drop-ins or class pass purchases - Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class.

CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or Client’s personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.

PRICING/POLICY CHANGES

Pricing and policies are subject to change.

HOLD POLICY

Client may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. Should Client wish to activate a hold, Client must notify the Membership Managers directly at southoc@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 15 days prior to the desired hold start date. https://holdrequest.paperform.co. Once the end of the hold period has been reached, Client’s original Membership Contract will resume automatically. Any requests received after Client’s billing date will be prorated accordingly - holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $20 charge to place a membership on hold. If Client wishes to cancel during a hold period, Client will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement - hold periods DO NOT count towards Client’s monthly contractual obligation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Month-to Month Memberships may be cancelled so long as Client provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. 3-Month Autopay Memberships are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every 30 days, from initial date of purchased services. Should Client discontinue attending classes, Client is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 30 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM South Orange County. To cancel a membership, Client must notify FIT4MOM South Orange County via email, at southoc@fit4mom.com, informing FIT4MOM South Orange County of the request for cancellation. Without email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to Client to obtain this confirmation within 72 hours. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once paid. This membership is non-transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM South Orange County franchise. Once a membership is cancelled, if Client wants to re-purchase a membership, Client will be charged the full registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.

STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE/STRIDES360

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class. Though children are welcome in our classes, and we strive to help entertain them, the safety and entertainment of the children are the responsibility of Client at all times. Instructors, employees, and volunteers of Fit4mom South Orange County do not assume responsibility for any children.

Children age 5 and above may sit outside the stroller, but must remain seated next to the stroller. Client may bring a mat or folding chair to set next to the stroller. Children age 5 and above, who are outside a stroller, must walk/run next to Client when traveling between stations. Children may not participate in the exercises, help entertain other children, ride on bikes, scooters, or shoes with wheels, or stand next to Client if Client is away from the stroller for an exercise.

STAY INFORMED

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM South Orange County programming is through e-mail. If Client does not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please email southoc@fit4mom.com to confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. Client may want to check the system and add FIT4MOM South Orange County to the “acceptable” e-mail list so e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email southoc@fit4mom.com for all business matters. We cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms or text.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on our Pike13 class schedule https://fit4mom-southoc.pike13.com/schedule#. We will also do our best to send a mass text, post in the Facebook group, and post in Slack. Client may call or text us at 949.373.3785 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.

**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: Client is required to pre-enroll for classes. This allows instructors to contact Client should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Client must pre-enroll at least ONE HOUR before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre-enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time. A late cancellation fee of $15 may apply if Client enrolls for a class and is a "no show" in the system. If Client does not pre-enroll for a class and the class is not showing as 'canceled' on our calendar, Client may still attend class so long as they still pre-enroll in pike13 (some classes may have waitlists).

**Basic equipment needed for classes: Resistance band of 8 pounds or more, and a light or medium mini band for Stroller Strides/Barre & Body Well workouts, sponge/core balls for Stroller Barre workouts.

2023 Holiday Calendar

FIT4MOM will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:

New Year’s Day, January 1st

Independence Day, July 4th

Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd

Christmas Eve, December 24th

Christmas Day, December 25th

New Year’s Eve, December 31st

These classes may be cancelled, depending on instructor availability:

Labor Day, Memorial Day, Black Friday

We give our instructors the option to spend these days with their families, or teach class if they desire.

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM South Orange County is a sponsor or has an official race team.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT

I authorize FIT4MOM South Orange County/Ginony, LLC, to initiate a charge to the credit card number entered into Pike13 for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have cancelled my membership through the Cancel Membership Form. Dues will be drawn monthly from the account on file on the day of the month when the membership began. The processing date for debit cards may vary due to banking procedures. If charges are returned, they will be subject to a return fee of $15. Client is responsible for updating their card information online. Client may not attend classes if balances are unpaid. If a membership remains unpaid, it will be cancelled.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
